It can take 1-2 days to process and ship orders. On some rare occasions, there may be times when it may take 3-4 days to process your order due to a heavy volume of orders. This usually only happens during sales and promotions. 

Yes we do!

We ship internationally by couriers and methods that provide tracking numbers. We don't use shipping methods that can't be tracked or insured.

International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges and Earthones Naturals is not responsible for any customs and brokerage fees that may be incurred.

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed you must do so on the same day it was made. Orders are generally processed the next day so if the order has already been processed it cannot be canceled. If you have made an order in error, please contact us soon as possible so that it can be corrected. Otherwise, the products will be sent out to you and if necessary, returned to us at your shipping expense.
 

Earthtones Naturals is committed to shipping orders in a timely, efficient manner. 

We ship Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays ONLY, excluding holidays.  Orders placed after 12:00 PM on a shipping day will ship the next shipping day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates are estimations from courier integrations. Please visit the individual courier websites for more accurate information on shipping timeframes.

Our shelf life is between 6-8 months. We use a small percentage of a synthetic preservative to ensure the safety of our products. We recommend that the products be stored in a cool, dry place.

Our products are made using natural ingredients with no artificial dyes and colours. Natural colour variation is common with natural raw materials and can be expected. A change in colour from one batch to the next in no way reduces the effectiveness of the product.

The floor of our manufacturing facility is peanut free and nut free. However there is no guarantee that other areas of the facility are nut free. For example, an employee may have eaten something with peanuts in it.

Our facility has stringent protocols for cleaning and sanitation between production batches to mitigate cross contamination in products.
