SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Earthtones Naturals is committed to shipping orders in a timely, efficient manner, based on our Fulfillment Centre schedule.
We ship Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on a shipping day will ship the next shipping day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates are estimations from courier integrations. Please visit the individual courier websites for more accurate information on shipping timeframes.
International Shipping
We ship internationally by couriers and method that provide tracking numbers. We don't use shipping methods that can't be tracked or insured.
