At this time we ship pretty much anywhere in the world and in Canada.

Earthtones Naturals is not responsible for any duties, brokerages fees or customs charges you may incur.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Earthtones Naturals or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

**UPDATED - Free Shipping

Earthtones Naturals offers FREE SHIPPING to orders in Ontario over $100 and orders over $150 to all other Provinces. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited.

Earthtones Naturals is committed to shipping orders in a timely, efficient manner. Please be aware of the following:

Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your order. Most orders will be processed and shipped the same day if the order is received before 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We ship Canada Post Expedited which typically takes 2 business days. However, delivery times will vary based on your location.

International Shipping

While Small Packet air or surface are the most economical shipping options from Canada Post, they come with NO TRACKING NUMBER and no guarantee of delivery time. They also take the LONGEST duration to arrive. We strongly recommend NOT choosing these shipping options. There is NO WAY to track your order, no insurance and no recourse of action if your item is lost or destroyed. Please choose Tracked Packet options or higher. Earthtones Naturals will no be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items that are shipped via Small Packet US Air, International Air or Surface.

**Important: We try to be as accurate as possible with our shipping quotes. However shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since the weight calculated on the website may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material.

If there is a difference between what the shipping calculator has determined and the actual shipping cost you will be notified and a payment arrangement will be made before your items are shipped.
