2. How Do We Collect Information and Why Do We Use It?

When you place an order on our website or opt in to our email list we collect personal information from you including your name and email address. We use that information for several reasons:

  • To tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about;
  • To provide you with great information about hair care tips and tricks and give you more insight into who we are;
  • To send you information about webinars, workshops or conferences you may be interested in;
  • To tell you about any specials or promotions we have going on;

  • To check our records are right and to find out every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. 

What we absolutely DO NOT do is rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses, political campaigns, foreign governments - you get the idea.

We use a third-party provider, Klaviyo, to deliver our newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

3. Purchases From The Earthtones Naturals Site

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Earthtones Naturals, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password if you decide to create an account. Please note that you can purchase from our site without creating an account. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. We don't keep any credit card information on file after your transaction is complete. 

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. If you have an account you'll need to log in with your email address and password to make those changes.
