We are honoured by your request for Earthtones Naturals to be a part of your event. We receive numerous requests daily for sponsorship and are only able to support a select number of requests each year. As a result we have implemented an application process. All applications will be reviewed in a timely manner and funding decisions will be based on our review of the event request. 

Please complete the form below and provide all of the requested information. Please include your Sponsorship Deck or Bloggers/Influencer Media Kit. While a request might meet some or all of the criteria necessary for consideration, this does not guarantee Earthtones Natural's support.

If your request is approved, you will be contacted by one of our staff within 15 days of your submission with the details of our sponsorship support.

*PLEASE NOTE: all requests must be submitted 60-90 days prior to the event. We are not able to accommodate any last minute or rushed requests.
