Due to the nature of hair and body care products, we are unable to return or refund any OPENED product for any reason. If you are concerned about any possible allergic reactions, please call our Customer Care Representatives to have your questions answered.
You may return most new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Earthtones Naturals will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please notify us immediately upon receipt if there is an issue with the product so we can process an exchange or refund if necessary.
To initiate a return, please go to this link to login to the new customer account section for self-serve returns.
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. Once you login you'll see a list of your orders.
Click on the order you're interested in returning. Once you do so you'll see a screen with the details of your order. Click on Request Return. You'll then see a page where you can select the product you would like to return and then fill out the details to request the return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Depending on the reason for your return, after the product is returned to us and we confirm receipt, you receive a refund less the shipping amount.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product.
