Due to the nature of hair and body care products, we are unable to return any OPENED product for any reason. If you are concerned about any possible allergic reactions, please call our Customer Care Representatives  to have your questions answered.


You may return most new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Earthtones Naturals will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please notify us immediately upon receipt if there is an issue with the product so we can process an exchange or refund if necessary. 

To begin the refund or exchange process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will need to be initiated. This can be done by you or by our Customer Care Representatives.

After an order has been placed you can log into your account and begin and RMA at any time. 

To begin an return:

  • To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.
     
  • In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return  drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action  and Comments  are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.
     
  • You will receive email confirmation that your return request has been received and will be processed.
     

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product.
