The minimum order for wholesale is $250. You can order by phone, email or at our website (preferred method) with our secure on-line order processing system. If you order by phone or email add all specifications required, including quantity, item number, description, price, name, shipping address, telephone number and email address.

All orders are to be PAID IN FULL before being shipped. There are no COD orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Email Money Transfer and Paypal. Shopearthtonesnaturals will appear on your credit card statement for all orders placed and paid online.

Order Processing
Most wholesale orders are PROCESSED with 3-5 business days. This means that it takes 3-5 business days to actually fulfill your order. Please There are times when that time may be shorter or a little longer. Shipping in Canada is usually 1 business day. Shipping to the US is 3-5 business day and longer for other international locations.

If you have a promotion or event for which you need product please contact us to discuss in order to ensure your order can be fulfilled and shipped in time. 

We try to make sure all of our best selling items are in stock regularly. However when order volumes are high the stock shown on the website may not reflect the actual physical stock. If this is the case for your order we will contact you right away to let you know the estimated time for stock replenishment.

Though we offer FREE SHIPPING over $100 for domestic retail orders, we are unable to offer free shipping on wholesale orders.

With our system we are unable to separate retail and wholesale orders with respect to free shipping. When you order and the total is over $100, FREE SHIPPING will come up as an option. Please DO NOT choose this option. Choose any other shipping method.

If you choose FREE SHIPPING your order will be modified to incorporate the shipping costs and you'll be contacted to determine your method of payment. Orders will not be shipped until shipping is paid for.

We ship with 2 main carriers: Canada Post and FedEx. Shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since the weight calculated in the website may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material. For more details please refer to the Shipping Page.

Pick Up Orders
Orders can be picked up at our offices between 9am and 4pm EST. Evening and weekend pick up can be arranged. However, you still need to place your order through our website so that we can prepare your order. Once prompted at the shipping section choose 'Pick up in Ajax Ontario'. Before coming to our office please call first at 416.995.8755 to make sure that your order is ready.

Back Orders
All products are usually in stock and readily available. However, although we are constantly increasing our inventories, it may happen that an item runs out-of-stock. Please advise us you desire the item back-ordered as out-of-stocks are not automatically back-ordered.

Missing / Wrong / Damaged Items
Earthtones Naturals takes great care in packing orders. Please check the enclosed packing slip against the actual shipment. Any discrepancies or wrong items must be reported within 2 business days after receiving the order. Also, please keep the packing slip as we may request a copy of it in order to double-check the packed items with our own list we have on file. Items are typically checked off on the packing slip and the packing slip is signed by the packer.

Order Discrepancies Missing items or wrong items must be reported within 2 business days after receiving the order. All sales are final after 2 business days.
Damaged Items: If packages are damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 5 business days after receiving the order and also the shipping carrier (Canada Post, FedEx) immediately in order to make a claim as we can not take responsibility for damaged packages. We will then file a claim with the carrier.


Earthtones Naturals (Minimum Advertised Price) MAP 

To protect Earthtones Naturals' brand reputation, we have unilaterally adopted a MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY (“MAP Policy”). 

The Minimum Advertised Price is that price which is designated for each product in Earthtones Naturals' current Retail Price List. The Minimum Advertised Price for each product is unilaterally set by Earthtones Naturals and is not subject to negotiation. 

The MAP policy applies to all customers who resell Earthtones Naturals products online and in store, including those that own, operate or manage online storefronts, websites or boutiques. 

This MAP Policy prohibits any volume discount or other promotion that would cause the unit price to be advertised at less than the Earthtones Naturals minimum price. The MAP policy applies to the advertised price of Earthtones Naturals products in any and all media, including, but not limited to: flyers, posters, coupons, emails, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet, and television.

Earthtones Naturals reserves the right not to sell its natural hair and body products to any customer who is affiliated with a website that violates its MAP policy. A violation of Earthtones Naturals' MAP policy is grounds for suspension of a customer's account.

If a customer fails to comply with the MAP policy, a representative of Earthtones Naturals shall notify them via phone and/or email of the violation and may place the clients account on hold until the online and in store pricing has come into compliance. If a customer repeats a violation of the above conditions, Earthtones Naturals reserves the right to immediately revoke the customer's wholesale purchasing privileges and, without notice, take any additional action it deems necessary against the customer that violates the policy.

You will be provided with a Price List that outlines the Minimum Advertised Price for each product.

As a wholesale client you are permitted to offer discounts and promotions resulting in pricing below the Minimum Advertised Price. This discount is not permitted to be more than 25% below the Minimum Advertised Price.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of hair and body care products we are unable to return any OPENED product for any reason. If you are concerned about any possible allergic reactions please call our Customer Care Representatives to have your questions answered.

You may return most new, UNOPENED items within 14 days for a full refund.All returns must be pre-approved. In the event of a shipping error we'll reship the correct item(s). If orders are returned to us without authorization and/or after the allowed return period we reserve the right to send it back to the customer without notice or charge a restocking/discarding fee of 15% of the original purchase price. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Earthtones Naturals are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We can not take responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in case of lost packages we will not refund anything and/or re-shipping will be on the customer’s cost). However, we take effort in tracking the package and file a claim and notify the buyer of the outcome. Please note that all shipments through Canada Post come with $100 insurance coverage. If you would like more you'll need to purchase it. If this interests you, please indicate this in the Order Comments section of your order.

We offer various payment options including PayPal, credit cards (VISA, American Express and MasterCard) and Interac Money Transfers.

Rejected Credit Card Transactions
When a transaction is declined for Address Verification Service (AVS) or Card Code Verification (CCV), the transaction may still be approved by the card issuing bank. This means that the requested funds have been placed on hold. This is not an actual charge to the credit card and the card issuing bank releases funds back to the card after the authorization expires (usually within a few days depending on the credit card issuing bank). If requested, a hold can potentially be voided by contacting the customer’s credit card issuing bank. To avoid funds to be put on hold, do not re-try to process a credit card transaction that has been rejected on a first try.

Sales Tax
For residents of the Province of Ontario, a sales tax of 13% is applicable. If residents of Ontario are not charged taxes for any reason, we reserve the right to charge taxes even after a purchase has made.
